After spending a decade working in “big law,” I made the decision to leave corporate America. I left with a singular goal: to develop a practice that exclusively focused on protecting the legal interests of underrepresented workers in California. My experience at some of the country’s largest law firms made me well suited to make this leap. Prior to joining Diversity Law Group, P.C., I was a senior associate at a well-respected law firm in downtown Los Angeles. I represented sophisticated employers in matters involving allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, defamation, fraud and wage and hour violations. As a result, I understand how employers defend cases, their objectives in litigation and what drives a settlement.
